By downloading, installing, or using the JustCancel application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

JustCancel is a mobile application that helps users identify recurring subscription charges from their bank statements. The App:

  • Analyzes uploaded bank statements to detect recurring charges
  • Provides links to cancellation pages for identified subscriptions
  • Calculates total subscription spending

JustCancel is an information tool only. We do not cancel subscriptions on your behalf, process payments, or access your bank accounts directly.

3. User Responsibilities

By using JustCancel, you agree to:

  • Only upload bank statements that belong to you or that you have authorization to analyze
  • Use the App for lawful purposes only
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App
  • Verify subscription information independently before taking action

4. Purchases and Payments

4.1 In-App Purchase

JustCancel offers a one-time in-app purchase ("Full Report") that unlocks complete subscription details and cancellation links. This is a non-consumable purchase.

4.2 Pricing

The current price is $4.99 USD (or equivalent in your local currency). Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.

4.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information.

4.4 Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted to Apple directly through their standard refund process. We cannot process refunds directly. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund from Apple.

5. Accuracy and Limitations

Important: JustCancel uses artificial intelligence to analyze transaction data. While we strive for accuracy:

  • Results may not identify all subscriptions
  • Some transactions may be incorrectly identified as subscriptions
  • Cancellation links may become outdated
  • Subscription amounts shown are estimates based on detected transactions

Always verify information independently before canceling any subscription or making financial decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by JustCancel and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the App
  • Use our trademarks without permission
  • Create derivative works based on the App

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information. By using the App, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING:

  • MERCHANTABILITY
  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • NON-INFRINGEMENT
  • ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF RESULTS

We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUSTCANCEL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages resulting from reliance on App results
  • Any amount exceeding the purchase price paid for the App

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JustCancel from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the App
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles.
